I've brewed way more than this, but since I have no information other than "boy was that good" about my previous brews, I'll start with my honey mead. Here are my general notes.

Need to get:
- Another metal wort pot.
- Non-teflon pot to boil stuff.
Need to find out:
- How do people sanitize, clean and dry siphon hoses?
- Show lock and hose to John from Homebrew Outlet. Are they OK?
