I was at some kind of airport buying earrings for my girlfriend. They were in a a bin that rotated within a clear plastic cover and I was trying to write down their order number which was on the back of their stand.

There was a really dorky, annoying guy with a beautiful Asian girl next to him, obviously his wife. An airport worker was talking with them and asked him where he found such a beautiful wife. Even though the guy was thoroughly annoying, I tried to listen to the answer because I was really interested in knowing where he found her. The guy replied but it was so soft that nobody could hear it. The airport worker (who was obviously interested in the answer too) said "what?". I was really excited that I was about to get a 2nd chance to hear where this guy found such a marvelous girlfriend. He replied again, and I still couldn't make it out. The airport worker said "Oh, maybe I should hang out there to meet someone nice too!" and walked away.

I was about to scream in frustration.
